Yoganandham is Heading the Operations of the Company. In his role he is responsible for;

  • Business Development, ProjectManagement,Contracts Management, Supply Chain Management, Pricing, Customer Service and overall day to day Operations.
  • Coordination with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with all industry standards, local regulations, and environmental
  • Planning, budgeting, and scheduling of multiple HDD projects, ensuring all were completed on time and within budget.

Yoganandham has over 20 years of rich overseas & indigenous experience in Construction, Manufacturing, Water Management & Irrigation Projects, Safety Products, Chemical and Oil & Gas Sectors. He has held management positions in Multinational companies and international countries in Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain & Oman) and Singapore.

Yoganandham holds an MBA from University of Ballarat, Australia. He graduated in Mechanical Engineering from India and completed CSCM from ISCEA USA.

Saravanan Govindasamy Santhanakrishnan

Saravanan is theTechnical Head for HDD project sand HDD spares Manufacturing division of the company. Experienced and highly skilled Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) Technical Manager with over 17 years of expertise in leading HDD projects, ensuring quality control,and optimizing drilling processes.Strong background inmanaging multi- disciplinaryteams,overseeing complex under ground construction projects,and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Proven track record of delivering high-quality results on time and within budget for a wide range of industries, including utilities, telecommunications, and oil and gas.

Sarvanan graduated in Electrical &Electronics Engineering from India.

Richu

Richu Thomas is Responsible for the Business Development & Customer Service Operations of the Company. In his role he is responsible for;

  • Business Development, Customer Service across Middle East region.
  • HDD Machine Spares & Tools Sales in Middle East regions.

Richu has over 6 years of rich overseas & indigenous experience in diversified industries.

Richu graduated in Bachelor of Computer Science fromIndia.

PROJECT MANAGER

Our Project Managers is highly skilled with overall 12 years of hands-on experience in successful execution and completion of HDD projects in various sectors including electricity, oil & gas, water supply, and other utilities (PDO, OQ, Oxy, Daleel, Haya, OETC, MEDC, MOD, Omantel, Oreedoo etc.

Synopsis of HDD Experience:

  • Led and managed the technical aspects of horizontal directional drilling (HDD) projects, ensuring the effective and safe execution of underground utility installations.
  • Supervised a team of engineers, drillers, and technicians to execute HDD operations on projects ranging from small-scale installations to large infrastructure projects.
  • Conducted site surveys, feasibility studies, and geotechnical investigations to assess the best approach for HDD installations, considering factors such as soil conditions, water tables, and environmental concerns.
  • Ensured the deployment and maintenance of HDD equipment, recommending upgrades, repairs, and replacements as needed to maintain optimal performance.
  • Developed and implemented safety procedures and protocols for all HDD operations, resulting in a strong safety record and zero major incidents during the duration of the projects.
  • Provided technical guidance and troubleshooting support during drilling operations to resolve any challenges encountered, including misalignment, tool failure, or difficult soil conditions.
  • Prepared detailed technical reports, progress reports, and documentation.

Sr. Operator – Team A

Our Sr. Operator is highly skilled with overall 20 years of hands-on experience and more than 12 years of experience in Sultanate of Oman in operating HDD machines across all areas in Oman and all the industries, including electricity, oil & gas, water supply, and other utilities (PDO, OQ, Oxy, Daleel, Haya, OETC, MEDC, MOD, Omantel, Oreedoo etc. Expertise in operating a wide range of HDD equipment, including Ditch Witch, Vermeer and American Auger machines, and committed to ensuring smooth operations on-site, delivering projects on time, and minimizing downtime.

Synopsis of HDD Experience:

  • Operated a diverse range of HDD equipment, including the Ditch Witch JT100, AT4020, Vermeer D4055, JT3020, Ditch Witch JT2720 and American Auger, across multiple large-scale projects in the oil & gas, water supply, and utilities sectors.
  • Installation of 200mm & 225mm HDPE pipe by HDD method as per OETC standard.
  • Installation of 32” and 4” Steel pipe by HDD method as per OQ standard.
  • Installation of 10”, 12”, 16”, 18”, 20” & 24” Steel pipes by HDD method as per OQ standard.
  • Installation of 24”, 20”, 18”, 16”, 12”, 8” & 4” Steel pipes by HDD method as per PDO standard.
  • Installation of 300mm, 400mm, 500mm, 600mm & 700mm HDPE/Steel pipes by HDD method as per Haya standard.
  • Installation of 110mm HDPE pipes by HDD method as per Omantel & Ooredoo standard.

Our Sr. Operator is highly skilled with 18 years of hands-on experience in operating and maintaining HDD machines across diverse industries, including electricity, oil & gas, water supply, and other utilities. Proven track record of successfully managing and completing large-scale projects, from pipeline crossings to high-tension cable laying, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and precision. Expertise in operating a wide range of HDD equipment, including Ditch Witch, Gooddeg, and XCMG machines, and committed to ensuring smooth operations on-site, delivering projects on time, and minimizing downtime.

Synopsis of HDD Experience:

  • Operated a diverse range of HDD equipment, including the Ditch Witch AT4020, Ditch Witch JT2720, Gooddeg 45 Ton, Drill 2, XCMG, and Apollo 800, across multiple large-scale projects in the oil & gas, water supply, and utilities sectors.
  • Managed the installation of over 200km of high-tension cables (11KV, 33KV, and 110KV) with attention to detail, ensuring the cables were laid according to design specifications.
  • Successfully completed over 200 oil and gas pipeline crossings, installing MS pipes up to 350mm in diameter, ensuring precise and safe placement under challenging conditions.
  • Led and completed more than 150 water pipeline crossings, installing MS pipes up to 800mm in diameter, while maintaining high operational standards and safety compliance.
  • Responsible for daily site operations, including managing crew activities, coordinating with the project team, and ensuring timely completion of tasks in line with project deadlines.
  • Performed regular machine maintenance and repairs on key equipment such as the Ditch Witch AT4020 and Gooddeg 45 Ton, troubleshooting issues and optimizing machine performance to prevent downtime and reduce operational costs.
